Weho Bistro is a French cuisine restaurant located in the heart of West Hollywood with a focus on fine wines and craft cocktails. All staff are required to be trained as both a bartender and a server. All staff members operate as a team and assist each other. Responsibilities include setting up the bar area, the restaurant, and the service area, making all cocktails and providing table service to the patrons.

Beachside Restaurant and Bar is the 5 star restaurant located inside the Jamaica Bay Inn in Marina Del Rey and the flagship restaurant of the Pacifica Hotels Group. My responsibilities included hiring and scheduling staff, liquor inventory, creating classic cocktails as well asprofitable happy hour cocktails, creating a local following, keeping labor costs below 12%, training new staff at the Beachside location as well as sister properties, and handling all needs of restaurant, hotel, and hotel guests. In my time at Beachside Restaurant and Bar I lowered labor from 40% to 12%, took a budget shortfall into a budget surplus, developed a training program, and completely revamped the wine list and drink menu which increased alcoholsales while decreasing inventory.
