I am a project and design management expert with over 25 years of experience in the Energy, Water and Wastewater industries. I bring a collaborative approach with multi-discipline experience in both greenfield and brownfield development, regulatory approvals, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, operations and decommissioning, with a strong emphasis on safety, reliability and performance. Engineering leadership, strategy creation, program and project management, contract management, technical analysis, integration, and stakeholder engagement are all significant skills that I have acquired throughout my career. I have worked on projects ranging from reticulation to small and large pump stations, transfer pipelines, storage systems, conventional and advanced water and wastewater treatment, compression, and processing. While my background is in Civil Engineering, I have vast experience managing multi-discipline projects and am well-versed in Chemical, Instrumentation and Control systems, as well as Electrical and Mechanical Engineering processes.I am passionate about assisting teams in developing strong, collaborative relationships that contribute to successful project execution with a proven track record of training and mentoring employees at all levels of an organisation in order to achieve business goals and increase productivity and profitability.
