After a long career in New York City as well as performing projects in other states relocating to Hawaii was a hard decision but very well worth it. I continue to operate New Age Group Consultants LLC and I am still performing the same scopes of work as before. Some clients are looking to expand and they need guidance, some clients need construction management experience. Some projects were to create construction document control procedures using Procore to track RFI's, submittals, and updating drawings. Some companies wanted to self-perform work and they needed manpower, accounts, as well as a management team. One project was a forensic emergency repair project in an occupied hotel which was due to faulty construction. Several re-pipe projects where internal risers needed to be changed as well as adding fire sprinkler piping and fire alarm systems. Whatever the clients need we assist with any scope they need completed.

A friend of mine needed my help with a design build job in Florida. With the lack of details on the drawings I had to be creative to satisfy the Engineer. To design on the fly a concrete structure to accommodate a flooring system was very difficult but I pulled it off. We also used the Hambro flooring system for our decks. As I see good and bad points with this type of system I do see the benefit for the Mechanical trades.I have another difficult project successfully completed. Now back in New York looking for my next adventure, I do love a good challenge.
