Subsea Commissioning Lead
CurrentManage team resources including all aspects of project interface management.Manage project Vendors both at site during testing through offshore installation and final commissioning.Review of all subsea installation and commissioning procedures for both brownfield and greenfield systems.Review installation procedures for subsea equipment including the umbilical, Flying Leads and jumper tie-ins incorporating electrical and hydraulic leak testing. Develop and establish a Completions System to ensure the offshore workscopes are correctly verified with clear custody transfer/handover approvals for all systems from each phase through to Operations.Establish system handover limits and acceptance criteria.Participate in all subsea system testing including EFAT/ SIT through installation to offshore commissioning, ensuring all punchlist items are recorded and closed out.Verifying successful close-out of all outstanding engineering, construction, installation and punchlist issues.Work closely with the Topside Commissioning team during the projects offshore installation and commissioning phase.Develop and manage the Subsea Commissioning schedule. Ensure the Contractor/vendor’s Project teams fully understand the standard of HSSE performance expected by BP. .Review, comment and distribute detailed commissioning procedures for subsea controls system Manage interface engineering between platform and tie-in subsea system including investigation and problem solving of any outstanding issues.Ensure that all activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner to comply with company, client and statutory requirements. Organise, attend and contribute to task based and risk based assessments.Liaise with document control to review, verify and approve vendor’s documentation.
