Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities: Provide daily leadership and management guidance that reflect the corporate mission and core values. Responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives. Manages all hands-on operational aspects of the company and establishes key performance indicators for the business.Support personnel actions by ensuring all HR and related functions are properly performed. Determine staffing and resource requirements needed to accommodate the objectives of the organization. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement internal and external operational processes and controls. Responsible for supply chain management and maintaining relationships with external resource providers.Manage inventory purchasing and cost analysis.
