Ship Hull Engineers perform detailed engineering plan review and failure analysis for ships and vessels under and over 90m including OSVs, Tugs, Workboats, as well as submersibles, with specific emphasis to include but not limited to new construction analysis, and review of modifications. This position is responsible for the analysis and review of ship structure to verify compliance with ABS Rules, IMO Regulations, Flag Administration Requirements and other applicable Industry standards. This position performs work which involves conventional engineering practices and as well as the resolution of complex issues related to conflicting design requirements, material standards, and coordination of multi-disciplinary activities. Hull Engineers work closely with ABS Surveyors and clients on specific vessel Structural requirements and projects.

In charge of all First Class cadet Class 2 offenses and in charge of Formations for Fourth Batallion

Was accepted into the summer internship program and was assigned to work on the Technical Proposal for NASSCOs bid on the LCS Sustainment Execution Contract. Worked with upper level managers, directors and even VPs and the President on complex issues. Interacted with various other industry companies during executive meetings on issues surround LCS build and sustainment.

I was responsible for ensuring cadets met standards of the Regiment of Cadets and basic Academia. This position requires application and interview processes. Also responsible for disciplinary action of 70+ underclass Cadets

Created plans and executed basic safety training for incoming Regimental Class.
