He is widely respected for his knowledge in the field of maritime law, auto and trucking collisions, insurance law matters, and serious personal injury and death. He has been sought after as referral counsel on these matters by lawyers across the Southeastern United States (and beyond).As an avid bicyclist, Scott is a member of New Orleans Bicycle Club and actively trains with several racing groups. He has a keen interest in securing justice for cyclists who have been wrongfully injured. Scott is a frequent lecturer and has given presentations to the New Orleans Bar Association, North Florida Bar Association and the Louisiana Association for Justice.
