Keep records and pictures of all sites and work performed to document and reference equipment and configuration at each location, including detailed labeling. Design, test, and update system Images for wide scale deployment with minimal, to no complications.

Recruited from Sprint Nextel to T-Mobile Sherwood Mall, the highest volume location within the district. Responsible for the assistance in training new employees, direct input on new policies for meeting topics, and maintaining a superior level of customer service. Responsible for maintaining demonstration equipment, including security implementation, and ensuring correct procedural and audit compliance for co-workers. Developed a network of loyal and consistent return customers, and promotion of the T-Mobile brand.

Recruited as a seasonal sales representative, immediately moved up to Department Senior, directly managing 4 employees. I grew the Mobile Electronics department from failing daily and monthly goals, to exceeding daily, monthly, and quarterly goals consistently to the level of 150%-250% without fail.
