My current job role is a Strategic Account Team Manager, I look after the customer Experience Team, looking after our new and existing customer’s. We take them through the full customer journey, we are responsible maintaining and developing a long-term relationships with our customers ensuring we constantly review the customers needs and requirements. We offer a full comprehensive service, looking how we as a business can save you and your business money on utilities.My previous job position is dealing with the New and exciting Levy. This was brought in by the Government in May 2017 to monitor and pay apprenticeship providers. My main job is to control all apprenticeship data and payments that form part of this module. I am responsible for checking personal data, making sure that information matches in all area of MIS. I also calculate sub contractor payments, I analyse data and costings and create invoices for the relevant parties, for work they have carried out on our behalf.Prior to joining Talent Training UK, I worked as a Specialist Decision Maker for Fraud & Error within the Department for Work and Pensions. I was based in Benton, Newcastle for 13 years. Part of my job was to make comprehensive and difficult decisions relating to the Welfare system. I made a Decisions based upon evidence provided to see whether any Fraud had taken place, if so I would take the necessary action in building a case and calculating the overpayment. This would then be passed to the CPS for possible Court action.
