Responsible for building, developing and retaining an industry leading team of Systems Engineers to drive Cisco commercial sales. Set strategy and vision for the team of Systems Engineers and Account Managers to drive 900+ million in annual revenue. Focus on customer needs and drive customer satisfaction. Coach and develop staff; provide performance management, development planning, salary planning and sales/technical training. Develop relationships with customers, vendors, partners and corporate service organizations to manage successful implementations of technology throughout the customer base.

Directed 3 senior systems engineers and had responsibility for planning, design, integration and support of many new LAN/WAN based systems. Third level support of a Windows NT network including a 130-branch frame relay WAN, and 300+ Windows NT servers. Design and integration highlights include a conversion from MS LAN Manager to Windows NT, 1800 node branch automation project, security posture assessment, firewall deployment, Virtual Private Network (VPN) for correspondent and small office configurations, enterprise TCP/IP roll-out, SQL based contact management for all brokers and assistants, IBM NetView 6000 network management system, Human Resources Information System (HRIS) client server application, and MS SNA server for both 3270 and 5250 emulation.

Develope relationships and supported numerous customers across all major verticals. Responsible for configuring, installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting hardware and software platforms within a variety of operating systems including NetWare, LAN Manager, OS2, and Windows. Supported a 350+ node 3COM 3+Open network. Duties included troubleshooting and repair of network servers, workstations, and network connected printers to the subassembly level.

Performed scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Digital Systems ES-901 and the Rockwell AN/FQX-1 Acoustic Analysis Mainframe systems and peripherals. Supervised the maintenance and repair on IBM compatible PCs connected to an Ethernet 3+Open LAN. Performed operational testing and evaluation of all mainframe upgrades. Managed the production of a six-person micro-miniature repair station.
