Teranet is an international leader and pioneer in real property registration systems and associated data and analytics. I lead a team of Corporate Development professionals focused on enhancing shareholder value through development of strategy, organic capital allocation initiatives and mergers and acquisitions.

The Asset Optimization group at Infrastructure Ontario acted as a combination of financial advisory and strategic consultancy for the Ontario government. The group advised the Government of Ontario on potential divestitures of significant assets as well as new models of delivery for required infrastructure. Sectors included energy, water, transportation, government services and real estate.

The Infrastructure Investment Group at RBC GAM was a private markets initiative focused on exposure to real assets through funds and co-investments. I was instrumental in leading the team's sector research (focus on energy) and investor outreach culminating in a first close of approximately $100M USD.

GreenSky is a boutique financial advisory firm (Exempt Market Dealer) specializing in private placements, m&a, exit strategies and strategic consulting for small to mid-size companies. I co-founded GreenSky.

Perseis Partners was $400M private equity fund spun out of Borealis Capital/OMERS. I was responsible for leading development of opportunities, portfolio management and representing shareholder interests through board representation.Board roles included MMM engineering and Greiche and Scaff prescription optical.

Borealis Capital Corporation was the alternative investment management platform for OMERS overseeing direct private equity, infrastructure and real estate investments. As a senior investment professional at Borealis, I primarily focused on the pursuit, execution and subsequent monitoring of investment opportunities in private equity but also participated in infrastructure and real estate transactions. The private equity component was spun out to management and became Perseis Partners. Board roles included Constellation Software.

Argo was a venture capital fund managing approximately $450M USD and focused on the wireless communications sector globally. Investors included blue chip North American and Canadian funds/pension funds as well as telecom operators such as France Telecom and Deutsche Telekom. While at Argo, I sourced and reviewed opportunities, structured deals and invested on behalf of the fund.

OMERS is one of the largest pension funds in Canada. As one of the first employees in the private equity group, I was part of the team responsible for developing the direct investment capability of the firm.Board roles included Constellation Software.

Mintz and Partners (currently Deloitte) was a mid market accounting firm based in Toronto. As an associate in the M&A practice, I was responsible for developing corporate finance/LBO models and drafting CIMs.
