Manage staff of three developers and oversee external consultants for internal development projects and application support. Roles also include business analyst (gathering and writing business requirements), developer (C#, SharePoint, SQL using Visual Studio and TFS) and project manager/implementer. Current projects (started in 2009) are conversion of legacy Lotus Notes document libraries (Approx. 60), applications (approx. 30) and intranet to SharePoint 2007 and a conversion to SharePoint 2010. Major Lotus Notes application conversions include primary end user workflow approval application that interfaces to the trust accounting system, employee onboarding, fixed income trade request/tracking and voluntary corporate action system. Previous projects include implementation of investment client reporting system using PAGES, development of SQL data warehouses/data marts and conversion of investment management system from Axys to InvestEdge. The conversion to InvestEdge included projects to convert our internal REG9 investment review process, to convert our PAGES reporting process and implement integration with both our Moxy trading system and Northfield for tax optimized trading. The team and myself also support all internally developed applications.
