I am a graduate of William Rainey Harper College, in Architectural Technology, with a minor in computer-aided design. I bring over 20 years of architectural experience and computer aided technology in my field. Have enhanced one of the most highly technically advanced roofing contractors in the industry. With my past responsibilities in linking process, managing submittals, detailed CAD drawings, new product information, warranties, roof audits, roof maintenance, job cost, labor forecasting, and customer services.Promoted to assistant Operations Manager, was responsible for team job hand-offs, project reviews, project insurance, project set-up, job cost, job analysis and project to close cost. Built enhanced project process grouping sales, estimating and accounting into final job cost reviews. Promoted to Service Manager with a goal to service first, grow existing relationships, understand customer service issues, and promote the care of your roofing needs with proper roof maintenance. Shortly after we grew to one of the largest portfolio relationship accounts, with private accounts, property managers, engineers, general contractors, large industrial and commercial customers.Today promoted to Vice President of Sales, my goal is simple, provide our customers new and old, the opportunities in understanding the vast varieties of roofing system in todays market. Build roofing systems that are both Eco friendly to our environment, cost efficient, recyclable, and energy compliant.
