Work includes destructive testing, solving water intrusion issues, determining solutions for structural defects, and all phases of interior and exterior finish work.Responsible for 60 employees and $20MM annual project volume with projects ranging in size from $10K to $3MM.Lead various initiatives to improve efficiency in all areas of project management. Including streamlining of billing practices, development of timelines and schedules, providing departmental and job specific cost accounting analysis. Develop and manage client relationships that include HOA’s, Construction Management companies, law firms and private individuals. This lead to significant business development opportunities and new work.Primary troubleshooter and problem solver for difficult projects in various geographic locations. Successfully turned around projects that were upside down due to unforeseen condition or mismanagement.

Consult on all aspects of business from strategy development to funding for small to medium sized organizations in a variety of industries such as real estate, construction, solar energy, and direct marketing.Liaise between developers and private capital entities and firms to facilitate resource acquisition towards development of non-profit affordable housing.Analyze business plans, guiding teams to create and execute detailed schemes that ensure growth.Led project building a state-of-the-art residential showroom for a growing solar panel company. Showroom launch accounted for 40% of business within a period of just 6 months. Consult with a variety of companies and churches to successfully define scopes of work and strategize on all aspects of capital expansion projects. To date, have partnered with over 50 end users and general/sub-contractors.
