Subject matter expert (SME) on integration of logistics technology applications, develops innovative logistics support strategies and tactics for acquiring and provisioning logistics information systems, and develops policy and procedural directives supporting Combatant Command logistics information infrastructure. USEUCOM SME and program manager for the DoD joint logistics family of systems and represents the command on a variety of action working groups related to these programs to meet the needs of Joint Supply Chain Integration Enterprise. Evaluates logistics doctrine, plans, policies and theater operational concepts and makes recommendations to ECJ4/Joint Staff J4 as appropriate. Directly supervises the ECJ4 Knowledge Manager on ECJ4 LOGCOP development and ECJ4 SharePoint 2010 Portal and site pages.
