My current remit is to drive profitable and sustainable market share growth within the main strategic account. Underpinning this key initiative is a long-term strategic plan that encompasses the various functions to allow brand share growth, equity and achieved margins inline with the accounts KPI’s. This plan sits in tandem with the overall adidas group SBP 2015 plan.

National Account Manager – 3663 Foodservice Wholesale. This role required ultimate P&L responsibility across the largest Foodservice wholesale account with an annual turnover of £20 million GR. As a wide-ranging commercial role that featured aspects of marketing, logistics, credit control & supply chain, I was the Primary person in developing key strategic enablers that developed the wider Foodservice business both in the short term and long term. This delivered the key objective driving sustainable growth through the creation and implementation of sales and marketing strategies hinged on Britvic’s 5 year AOP. To help support the execution of the plan I had three direct reports regionally to activate. Demanding, challenging, innovative, entrepreneurial and rewarding are all words that best describe what I demonstrated within this role.
