• Managing a fast-paced distribution centre with a multi million pound annual turnover. • Responsible for between 80 to 120 staff depending on workflows. • Ensuring on time delivery of vehicles to maximise customer satisfaction. • Activities include storage and distribution, 260,000 internal vehicle movements, 15,000 post productive fitments, 20,000 pre-delivery inspections plus onward delivery. • Bodyshop repairs of more than 3,500 including rental, in-life, and defleet operations. • Maintaining relationships with key customers, regular review meetings and conference calls to ensure customer KPI’s were met.• Supplier management of various key partners, from a sole staff provider, PDI/valet company and final delivery agents. • Maintaining requirements for ISO 9001/14001, via processes and action plans.• Responsible for site objectives, budget, staff development, recruitment, health and safety and quality. • Development of site employee committee during 2017 to improve staff engagement. • Creation of processes and structure to ensure new business integrates smoothly into daily operations. • Implementation of site contract during 2016, communicating key site objectives to all staff.
