Our members receive higher value from their investment in the consortium compared to support provided from traditional external Continuous Improvement / Lean resources.We are rewarded with long term customer relationships and by being viewed by our members as a very important external Continuous Improvement resource. Long term relationships provide us with the business continuity and financial stability to invest in ourselves, our consortiums and our members to grow the consortium membership.

The High Performance Manufacturing Consortium was launched in 1993 and serves as the original continuous improvement consortium. The purpose of the consortium is to bring its members together to better themselves and accelerate their continuous improvement joruney. HPM currently has 10 members with 5 being original charter members.

The Cambridge Capacity Consortium (CCC) was launched in 2014 as a partnership with United Way Cambridge to build the capacity of local not-for-profit organizations. The purpose of the consortium is to bring its members together to better themselves and accelerate their continuous improvement joruney. The CCC Consortium has 10 not-for-profit members.

The Continuous Improvement Alliance (CIA) Consortium was launched in 2012 based on the High Performance Manufacturing Consortium continuous improvement consortium model. The purpose of the consortium is to bring its members together to better themselves and accelerate their continuous improvement joruney. The CIA Consortium has Healthcare, Service and Manufacturing organizations as its members. CIA currently has 8 members.

The Alliance for Enterprise Excellence (AfEE) Consortium was launched in 2003 based on the High Performance Manufacturing Consortium continuous improvement consortium model. The purpose of the consortium is to bring its members together to better themselves and accelerate their continuous improvement joruney. AfEE currently has 12 members.
