Developing and Facilitating Exceptional Continuous Improvement ConsortiumsOur consortiums develop exceptional value added relationships that build our members’ continuous improvement capabilities and reward us all with success. Our members are rewarded with continuous learning opportunities and the acceleration of their continuous improvement culture faster than they can on their own by access to trusted external resources, ideas and thinking. Our members receive higher value from their investment in the consortium compared to support provided from traditional external Continuous Improvement / Lean resources. We are rewarded with long term customer relationships and by being viewed by our members as a very important external Continuous Improvement resource.
