Working with leaders to solve business problems has always been my passion. In college I started my own consulting business, implementing recordkeeping systems for small companies. Through this experience, I found what I wanted from a career – the opportunity to help companies remove barriers, solve complex challenges, and efficiently achieve desired results.Twenty years later, I continue to thrive on that same experience I had throughout college. The scale of my projects, and the complexity of challenges to solve, has grown incrementally. But the satisfaction I feel when teams achieve goals has not diminished from my early consulting years.I am a results-oriented servant leader with progressive experience delivering multi million-dollar complex transformational initiatives. I have developed and led high-performing collaborative Agile teams responsible for delivering capabilities, implementing large software packages, and developing custom technology solutions. I solve complex business problems, deliver business value, and implement organizational change – and comfortably lead multi-year planning and special projects with senior executives.
