Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi-Do, Korea

Served as the Second Infantry Division G2 Counter-WMD Intelligence Chief; led a team of ten intelligence analysts to develop Target Mission Folders (TMF) for sensitive locations associated with the North Korea Weapons of Mass Destruction program. Served as lead analyst for Ballistic Missile identification and assessments. Led weekly interagency working groups for TMF development which included all Division-level warfighting functions, Republic of Korea Intelligence Officers, as well as executive and subordinate command representatives. Responsible for daily intelligence summary production as well as daily intelligence briefings to the Commanding General during armistice and training events.

Served as the senior Intelligence Collection Manager for a Stryker Brigade Combat Team within the 4th Infantry Division. Duties included the analysis of friendly operations and predicted enemy locations, leveraging organic surveillance capabilities into a 72 hour plan to obtain raw intelligence answering the Commander's Priority Intelligence Requirements. Duties required a detailed understanding of signals, human, and overhead (air and space-based) collection platforms as well as their capabilities and limitations. Capability focus included Prophet Enhanced, Shadow and Gray Eagle drones, and Multi-Function Teams. Duties required the use of Microsoft Office programs, classified databases, and the Distributed Common Ground Station-Army suite.

Focused multi-discipline intelligence collection and reporting against enemy threat personalities within the CENTCOM Area of Operations. Executed tasks in a forward deployed environment which include the development of a High Value Individual (HVI) profiles that facilitated the active targeting and detention efforts for subordinate infantry units, Special Operations Groups, and US Navy SEAL teams. Managed a team of 25+ tasked with updating and maintaining intelligence targeting products, producing and briefing intelligence updates to executive-level commanders, and collaborating on the military judicial prosecution of detainees within the area of operations.

Served as the senior enlisted intelligence analyst of a Combat Aviation Brigade. Responsible for the training and readiness of 20 junior intelligence analysts and mid-level managers. Deployed to CENTCOM area of operations and provided enemy air threats to rotary wing and fixed wing pilot teams as well as intelligence preparation of the battlefield for air assault operations. Maintained assigned section property valued at $23 million with zero loss.
