Scott W. Snoke is President of Snoke Energy and Environmental Consulting, LLC located in Hershey, PA. His firm’s interests are helping clients understand and achieve sustainable resource management through education and awareness, including understanding energy use and management, energy procurement strategies, pursuing renewable/alternative energy options, and water reuse. He is a Professional Engineer, Certified Energy Manager, and Green Building Engineer that has over 25 years of water and wastewater processing, treatment, and analysis experience. His experience also include over 13 years of power plant operations and approximately 10 years of facilities/utilities management experience, which included two major construction projects in PA. He has earned a BS degree in Biology from Shippensburg University and a Master of Environmental Pollution Control degree from Penn State University. He is a certified Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant operator in PA and started up and operated the first permitted water reuse system for commercial operation in Central PA. Also, he has consulted, improved, and/or started five comprehensive recycling programs for facilities during the last 20 years. He is a member of the following organizations: Water Environment Federation, Association of Energy Engineers and the Central PA Water Quality Association. He believes the future of Sustainability includes the evaluation and integration of energy, water, and solid waste management practices which are overlapping issues that can reduce the carbon footprint and improve the bottom line of well managed operations and leading organizations.
