After the realization that professional baseball was out of the question (not even close) I decided to pursue a career in banking. After my first stint as an analyst I determined that knowledge on the other side of the desk would become very valuable for being a successful lender, so I took a job as a general accountant with Hitchock Industries in Bloomington, MN. I learned valuable insight as to how a company operates with respect to financial reporting and utilization of this information to make strategic and timely business decisions. It was then that I understood the value a lender can provide a business owner or entrepreneur, especially one that acts timely, provides excellent service and is willing to think outside of the box to ensure the customers’ “actual” needs are met.I am married to a wonderful woman, Heather, we have two beautiful kids. My wife and I moved to Wichita Kansas from Bloomington Minnesota in 2001 which is when I started my 2nd round of my banking career. Armed with insider information through experience and a strong propensity to help others, I have found myself in a very comfortable and rewarding position here at INTRUST Bank. I have been with the bank over 15 years.I enjoy being actively involved in the business community as well as volunteering my time to help the future generations of business people.
