Management of concept design, development and production of “Comprehensive Plan for the National Capital,” Washington, D.C.’s first modern Comprehensive Plan. Direct responsibility for concept design, development and execution of Land Use, Housing, Economic Development and Urban Design and Land Use Policy. Prepared Area Plans, Strategic Plans, Sector Plans and Neighborhood Plans to guide future development of city sectors and neighborhoods. Directed the activities of socio-economic data research consultants, coordinated findings, goals, objectives and policy content with city agencies, regional organizations such as the Metropolitan Council of Governments and the Washington Metropolitan Transportation Authority and Federal Government bodies such as the National Capital Planning Commission for the Federal Government.
