Various duties including but not limited to Creating schedules of works, tendering and the seeing the project through to completion including all snagging to ensure good quaility of workmanship and that the project however big or small ran on time and within budget, i also looked after the reactive mantainance where i would survey the reported defect and instruct contractors to rectify within certain time constraints
