I've sold three feature-length children's film scripts, including The Oogieloves in the BIG Balloon Adventure, which was produced and released on more than 2,000 screens nationwide in August of 2012. It holds the title for lowest-grossing extra wide-release ever, as in the biggest flop in history, which, as you'll agree, is no small feat. I've also written feature scripts in various other genres, including horror, teen romantic comedy, and R-rated comedy.Through a successful Kickstarter campaign, I published an (if I do say so myself) absolutely beautiful 10" x 10" hardcover art book called "Just Love." The book joins my words with gorgeous photographs from photographers all over the world. Several of my quotes featured in "Just Love" have been shared tens of millions of times across social media. In a somewhat manic fit, I wrote a Young Adult novel titled "Iris," about a sixteen-year-old girl who falls in love with an alien. I self-published it in August of 2013, certain I'd sell a million copies and it would be my ticket to creative freedom. That didn't happen, but I'm pretty sure it's not the biggest flop of all time.

I worked for a non-fiction production company just north of San Francisco in Marin County. Indigo Films produces programming for History Channel, National Geographic, Discovery, Travel Channel, WEtv, among others.I was responsible for developing and pitching series and specials to the networks. I spent my days creating ideas, reaching out to fascinating talent/experts and writing, writing, writing.During my time there, I created I (Almost) Got Away With It. Now shooting its sixth season, it continues to be one of Investigation Discovery's most successful series.It was a fantastic job!

I developed children's television proposals as well as complete series "bibles."I worked in sales and acquisitions of new material at such conferences as MIP, MIPCOM and Toy Fair.I wrote, copy-edited and oversaw production of all marketing materials and press releases related to an independent children's entertainment company.

I published three early-reader children's books through Harper Collins' entertainment division.

I published four early reader children's books through Barnes & Noble Publishers.
