HIGHLIGHTS• Bachelor of Science – Mechanical Engineering with a Biomedical Specialization from the University of Calgary (3.8/4.0).• 13-month technical internship at the Swiss Federal Institute for Technology (ETH) Zürich, Switzerland.• Designed and built a liquefying hybrid rocket test apparatus as a fourth year capstone project.• Founded the SILABUS Tutoring Society – a non-profit dedicated to helping youth reach their academic potential and to raise money for local charities.• Summer co-op at Pacific Metals Limited in their business development department.During my time at the University of Calgary, I contributed to the biomedical field, volunteered over 300 hours in the Foothills Medical Center emergency room, and traveled to 30+ countries, in addition to the highlights listed above. Some of these activities may seem extraneous; however, it is through these experiences that I learned the value of setting goals and adapting to change.
