I have worked in Software and Product Support for a greater proportion of my career so far, ranging from basic call centre roles to team management. This has ranged from Corporate to small business level, providing and supporting Industry Standard and bespoke products for the Retail, Health & Legal industries. More recently this has involved specialism in Retail Range and Space Planning, Macro and Micro Space, New Product Development (PLM) and Project & Artwork processes.I pride myself in my professional approach to everything I undertake, and always have a view to perpetuating that amongst my colleagues and peers. My biggest assets are my attention to detail, professional approach and willingness to learn and specialise in any work that do. I use all feedback I receive to strive to become better and have previously covered the workloads of multiple roles within the same business to facilitate success.I have very good interpersonal skills and am a team player, but also have the ability to work autonomously.
