With extensive experience in the construction and engineering industries I am skilled in planning, programming and associated time analysis. Undertaking a variety of site based programming, time and cost administration tasks I have assisted Contractors and Principals at tender, during construction and in dispute resolution. As a planner and programmer I have been involved in the preparation and review of programs for the purposes of tendering and during construction. My project experience ranges from small scale developments though to high value landmark projects working closely with project staff, senior management and legal teams.I have also advised clients in the areas of contract management, project costs, preparation and assessment of claims, and provided advice in various forms of dispute resolution.
