Planned and performed experiments to determine the effects of radiation and cryogenics on infrared detector elements and arrays. Hand-picked by the laboratories Chief Scientist to work a high priority program developing laboratory techniques and equipment to measure surface contamination of optical and electronic materials used in space. All work involved advanced theoretical and working knowledge of semiconductor physics and microelectronic circuit design and operation.
