With over 20 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, I am passionate about creating innovative solutions that address the global challenges of climate change, energy security, habitat loss, and a host of other problems. As the Managing Partner at Highline Renewables, I lead a team developing and financing distributed generation and energy storage projects in the US. I am also an Adjunct Professor at Duke University, where I teach graduate students the concepts and processes involved in solar PV project development as well as consulting engagements for companies in the energy and climate space. I hold an MBA from Duke University and a BME from Georgia Tech, and I am a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and a NASPE Cardiac Pacing specialist. I am also an avid athlete and a finisher of multiple triathlons and ultra-marathons, including the Kona Ironman World Championship.
