I am a college graduate from the University of Nebraska at Kearney (UNK) with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science and Wellness Comprehensive with a minor in Nutrition. While at UNK, I completed an internship at the Wellness Center as a volunteer personal trainer from May 2016 to May 2017. I was in charge of implementing workouts for the clients, maintaining the cleanliness of the facility, and coordinating with the Wellness Coach for any additional tasks. As an intern, I created and implemented an incentive program to increase attendance and motivation for the clients. I have experience working with youth through my internship and being a camp counselor in Boone, Iowa at Camp OK sponsored by the Kiwanis Club. I also have my Red Cross CPR/AED certification up to date and received my personal trainer and wellness coach certifications.
