Develop and create strategic process to recruite qualified company drivers and Independent Contractors. Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the multiple location needs. Work with safety to ensure driver requirements and expectations meet standards and candidates are a good bussiness fit.Conduct follow up interviews with all new hires to insure a high retention and low turn over.Create and implement marketing budget for national trade shows,national drivers books and internet web sites.
