I supervised a staff with overall responsibility for magazine billing. I also was part of the supervision of related accounts payable and receivable processes. Some of my other duties included: effective inventory management and control, the enurance of timely and accurate data processing, as well as the analysis and resolution of billing issues. I've enhanced service levels provided to our magazine wholesaler accounts through timely and effective responses to inquiries and assisted other managers in special projects designed to save time and increase revenue using various office applications. I recently worked with the RDA (Retail Display Allowance) Department in an effort to fulfill the expectations of both our publishers and retailers. I also have started assessing report files in our company auditing department.
