I started out picking orders part time. I then moved into a forklift operator role. After this I went into building maintenance janitorial service where I became a full time employee and then moved into shipping. After shipping I moved into a receiving role. After this I went into building maintenance janitorial service where I became a full time employee and then moved into shipping. After shipping I moved into a receiving role. In the receiving role I worked weekends and eventually moved into a team lead position on Sundays where I organized the trucks coming in, accepted or refused trucks coming in, and assigned staff to unload the trailers. After receiving I moved into equipment maintenance. In this role I worked on all the moving equipment within the warehouse and some equipment in the yard. I was put into the Heavy Equipment Technician Apprenticeship and worked as a Maintenance technician for two years. Show less
