To accomplish this, I worked with each team monthly to review opex and capex projects along with budget forecasts and expenditures.Also acted as the Regional Head of Infrastructure Services while my manager was on a 12-month leave of absence. During this time, I reported directly to the VP of IT Operations in South Africa.I was also responsible for developing and maintaining the plant/industrial infrastructure services and support, budgets, ensuring cost adherence, reduction in spend when and where possible and alignment with business owners on project needs and costs. This also included managing the last two years of our ethylene project in Lake Charles, LA. Working with my program and project managers, we were instrumental in reworking the IT construction and implementation budget and were able to save $1.2 million by the end of the project as well as completing the project on time.

Planned, developed and presented a business case for a complete field laptop refresh and then implemented that project successfully. Deployed Windows Intune to all field laptops to manage Windows security updates and antivirus/anti-malware patching to all machines not on the organization's network. Successfully managed the deployment of all equipment to several acquisitions, as well as trained the users on their new equipment, processes and procedures.
