With over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, I bring real-world knowledge and an innovative, results-driven perspective to clients. This includes experience in distribution, organizational strategy and design, operating models, sales strategy, compensation design, product design and marketing. I’ve overseen business development at major carriers and helped to manage and expand into new geographies, new products and new business models. I’ve also helped clients solve highly complex operational issues including M&A integrations and operational transformation to achieve greater cost efficiencies. In 2021, I joined Accenture as a principal director in its insurance strategy practice where in addition to helping clients innovate and explore new opportunities, I help advance insurance industry thinking in distribution, M&A and operations.
