    With the addition of a 3rd branch to the AB Sales of OK franchise, my job evolved into "Marketing/Customer Service Director"In this position, I was responsible for all aspects of the newly created Customer Service Group (5 Administrative employees) while I still led the efforts of the special events team and managed all marketing/media for the 3 branches.Challenges of the Customer Service Group were to "improve communications with internal and external customers, improve support for the sales team, guarantee accurate data in reporting, establish a local customer call center, and create an on-line ordering system".-Achievements-*Customer database was reviewed and updated, every data field was verified accurate, policy was implemented to insure 24 hour turnaround on account changes which eliminated delays in retailer sales calls and deliveries.*Animated Media Players (AMPs) were installed throughout the 3 facilities which improved timeliness and content of internal communications. Visual displays of sales results, etc. were now visible to ALL employees and eliminated departmental silos which improved teamwork across the company.*BUDCAST texting system was implemented for immediate group communications with field employees.*Draught taps schematic program was developed and implemented which led to the most up to date and accurate draught tap data we had ever recorded. This tool helped us to set objectives and work to close gaps in the market.*Customer Service Group e-newsletter was published and disseminated bi-weekly. Employees at all levels and across departments were invited to write editorials for publication in the newsletter.*CSG team facilitated record response rate on annual Voice of the Retailer Survey. 50%+. *Using provided web building software templates, I developed and maintained daily the "BudOklahoma" website.*I personally worked with AB Corp Legal Dept and the State Attorney General to manage licensing issues in the gaming industry.
