I love the new set of challenges, interesting encounters, experiences, and constant leaning the profession demands and the truly unique everyday experience it provides. It is something I am truly proud to be a part of. During my professional career, I have gained strong property industry knowledge and valuation understanding and pride myself on providing high quality, detailed reports, understanding market mechanics and driving forces, and producing relevant and accurate financial modelling and feasibilities. I have had the opportunity to work on and complete a wide range of property valuations within the residential, commercial, and development sectors, spanning numerous asset classes and utilising a varied range of valuation methodologies, approaches, and knowledge.In particular, I have a strong passion for the prestige residential space and have particularly enjoyed the experience I have gained assessing high value, freehold and strata titled properties within some of the most sort-after localities throughout the Gold Coast and northern New South Wales regions.
