Prime Therapeutics (PBM): Keep track of regulatory changes that affect Call Center policies for Government, Commercial, and Health Insurance Marketplace lines of business (enrollees and pharmacies). Also responsible for operational compliance within the Call Center, including oversight of training materials and Call Center agent updates.
