Fiat Chrysler Automotive (FCA) – AUBURN HILLS, MI 05/2010 – PRESENT• Program Manager of Chrysler’s eCIMS system (Engineering issues for Pre Job-1 Vehicles and Post Job-1 vehicles) – Responsible for facilitating root cause and resolution of each engineering issue for Jeep Grand Cherokee (15MY, 16MY, 17MY and 18MY) and Dodge Durango (15MY, 16MY, 17MY and 18MY). o Work with Engineering, Assembly Plant, and Supplier Quality to drive issue resolution. • Engineering Quality Lead Responsible for Third Party Assessment – Develop a system to improve JD Power (Initial Quality Survey – IQS) and Consumer Reports (Road Test) Scores. o Consumer Reports: Work with engineering teams to develop a scoring method that reverse engineers Consumer Reports Road Test evaluation. This allows Engineering to incorporate design changes that will reduce warranty and increase customer satisfaction and improve Consumer Report Road Test Score.o JD Power: Review all JD Power Initial Quality Study (IQS) design questions to develop a “best practice” approach. This gives a road map for future vehicles to follow which will increase customer satisfaction and improve JD Power IQS Score.• Program Manager for Chrysler Presigi Quality Program on 2012 Jeep Wrangler, 2011 Dodge Durango and 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee – Responsible for setup and coordinate of the Presigi program. Presigi Program consisted of employees who would drive Pre Job-1 Vehicles and write up static and dynamic engineering issues. o Responsible for implementing the first Presigi program at Chrysler (2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee) which would record, analyze, track, and support resolution of engineering issues on Pre Job-1 Vehicles. o Organize quality data and output reports which are submitted and presented to management.

VISTEON AUTOMOTIVE – VAN BUREN TOWNSHIP, MICHIGAN 06/2000– 2009• Mechanical Design Engineer for low-cost Powertrain Control Module – Responsible for the complete mechanical design of a low cost PCM for the Indian and Asian market. o Duties included the design of the housing, baseplate, connector, material and adhesive selection, vibration analysis, prototype builds, thermal analysis, and facilitating weekly meetings to discuss responsibilities and progress. o Completed the mechanical design of PCM at 15% below target price.• Warranty and Quality Analysis - Warranty analysis for Visteon’s Mass Air Flow Sensor (MAFS) and Powertrain Control Module (PCM). o Duties included creation of a warranty system utilized by Mass Air Flow Sensor department. This consisted of a standard format used by department for monthly meetings with Ford Motor Company.o Report to management and OEM the monthly activity of sales (assembly plant returns) and warranty returns. o Analyze, organize, and present warranty data to Ford Motor Company at the monthly Product Quality Team (PQT) meetings. o Working with assembly plant to determine root cause, containment actions, permanent corrective actions, and design improvements for all sales returns and warranty returns.

Ford Motor Company – Dearborn, MICHIGAN 11/1997– 06/2000• Mechanical Design Engineer for low-cost Mass Air Flow Sensor (MAFS) – Responsible for the complete mechanical design of a low cost MAFS used on multiple vehicle lines. o Duties included the design of the housing, baseplate, connector, material selection, adhesive selection, vibration analysis, prototype builds, thermal analysis, and facilitating weekly meetings to discuss responsibilities and progress. o Meet engineering specifications. o Completed the mechanical design of MAFS at 10% below target cost.
