With a total staff of only 29, the Civil Service Board provides these services at a very efficient ratio of 1 staff member to every 344 employees.

• Appointed by Mayor Buckhorn in 2011 as a board member, now serving as Vice-Chair of thePublic Nuisance Abatement Board.• Code Enforcement responds to concerns from citizens that affect the quality of life within the city such as zoning, overgrown lots or yards, inoperative vehicles, maintenance of structures, illegal signs and public nuisances.

In his role as Director of Account Services Scott has lead the successful delivery of complex technical projects involving multiple third-party integrations. Scott and the Account Services team manage all activities around client implementations including schedule, budget, and risk, all while maintaining a high client satisfaction rating.
