I have worked for DuraTech since May of 1995 and throughout the years I have worked in many areas; Screener, Screen Maker, Screening Trainer, Screening Team Leader, Digital Team Leader, Short Run Solutions Team Leader, Doming Team Leader and Flexo Team Leader.

During my time in the military I was assigned to a combat engineer. My specialty was general construction equipment operator, while in my unit I also learned various other heavy equipment to expand my qualifications. Later in my military career I transferred units due to the relocation of the unit I was in, there I learned about collection and classification. We disassembled many vehicles and put the parts back into the system to be used as repair items to keep various fleet vehicles operational.
