Novack. • Recognized via USOvation award for distinguished efforts while managing USO New England operations without a full staff.• Create content for programs on Instagram and Facebook, which has led to 9,496 followers, 10,270 post reach, 2,986 post engagement and 14 new page likes. • Consistently liaise with military leadership to assess the needs of military community to ensure concierge level customer service is delivered to service men and women and their families in an impactful manner.• Supervise targeted recruitment, interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, and appraisal of 150+ volunteers.• Interpret volunteer data and prepare impactful data packets for distribution within local communities for volunteer recruitment across multiple communities in Northern MA, inner city Boston, and Southern Boston. • Established consistent live and recorded volunteer trainings, weekly internal newsletters, and pre-weekend update communications. Further established a quarterly public newsletter cascading USO updates to community partners, advisory board members and donors. • Created a USO New England YouTube Channel to broadcast programs trainings and recorded townhall/coffee talks with 150+ views from within our volunteer bubble.

- Coordinated rollout for new service pricing guidelines and service intake systems. Trained team on the many updates for the customer service redesigns.- Provided critical support, training, and feedback for new Point of Sale systems implementation. Managed IT and user issues related to new system as store operations champion. - Created Customer Service Superstars initiative to bolster confidence and utilization of the servicing system. Through regular updates and fun team building sales and servicing related activities, this program supports the customer service team as they hit their sales goals and provides valuable knowledge sharing.- Maintained important company, fiscal, customer, sales floor, repair, and security information.
