I am a recent graduate from Towson University with a Bachelor's in Computer Information Systems, and work experience as a former Claims Analyst at Xeohealth Corporation. . I am looking for a place to combine my passion and experience for data and technology with a desire to learn new tools and techniques and an aspiration to make an impact on my future team and employer.I've had a passion for information as long as I can remember. When I was a kid, I had a unique ability to analyze relationships between seemingly different topics. An example would be my bar-mitzvah speech, where I likened the story of Jacob and the angel to Dante's Inferno, showing how the elements of betrayal and redemption were relayed in both texts and the differences between renaissance and early Hebrew writings.. As I got older, that passion for identifying unique relationships and trends continued to grow and foster itself. In college I had my first experience with analytics through an internship where I had to analyze patterns on how atmospheric conditions impacted pollen allergens in a public health setting for an app that I was developing. This internship solidified the connection between using my ability to see patterns and connections and solving business problems through garnering insights from those patterns. The skills I gained that contribute to this passion are requirements elicitation, data analytics skills, and a further refinement of my existing skillset. They give me the ability to identify unique connections and patterns between seemingly divergent sets of data, as well as the ability to apply that information to various clientele of differing backgrounds and experiences. For my next role, I am looking to continue to use these skills and my passion for data to help businesses achieve their goals. An ideal role would give me the ability to learn and grow, be responsible for analyzing large datasets and create a lasting impact on my team and company.
