Current🔷 Blossman Gas is the largest independently owned propane retailer in the U.S. as a full-service gas company providing all phases of installation and delivery of gas systems for residential, commercial, agricultural, motor fuel & specialty gas.🔷 For the past 67+ years, Blossman Gas & Appliance has grown to 78 branches located throughout the Southeast, from Ohio to Florida and from Tennessee to Mississippi.🔷 Blossman sells 82+ million gallons of propane annually. Blossman offers propane delivery, installation, and service, as well as sales of ranges, cooktops, water heaters, generators, gas logs, and gas grills.🔷 Named to Region Vice President in 2005 based on corporate performance.🔷 Tasked with ensuring achievement of EBITDA goals through margin management and expense controls in 23 retail locations in MS, AL & FL.🔷 Prepared and executed a regional strategic plan with team building and goal setting.🔷 Credited with successfully improving Blossman’s reputation in the areas of Customer Service, Reliability, and Customer Relations.🔷 Promote Blossman values with a focus on honesty, integrity, compassion, respect, accountability, and an uncompromising commitment to team and operational excellence.🔷 Manage 178 direct reports, including Region Managers, Branch Managers, Safety Compliance Officers, Gas Sales Reps, Regional Analysts, Service Technicians, and Region Sales Representatives.🔷 Ranked #1 Region company-wide in Profits 2005-2015, with an improvement in Profits from $2M EBITDA to $19M EBITDA during the course of the past 18 years.🔷 Successfully directed two software changes, and coordinated and implemented a new Six Sigma formula for identifying critical areas of waste while improving the corporate image.🔷 Oversee a fleet comprised of medium and heavy duty service vehicles, ranging from F-150 to F-750 vehicles. Accountable for all aspects of preventive and routine maintenance for a fleet of 160+ vehicles.
