Previously spent five years in Hanoi, Vietnam 2002-2007 teaching leadership and writing-producing the movie "The Bridge". Spent 18 years in telecom industry at ITS Communications mainly as Vice President of Service managing all aspects of customer service and project management. Managed a technical, engineering and office staff of over 50+ individuals. Completed my career at ITS as a Business Development Manager.
