First and foremost, married to my beautiful wife, Kayla, for three years and proud father of our daughter, Emily. 7 years of plant experience, including scaffold building as a summer job in college and an operations internship at the STP nuclear plant, along with the career I’m in now as a process operator for P66. I’m interested in continuing to enhance my skills in automated process (console operations) and eventually move into a position to help implement control systems into new process units or upgraded systems in existing processes. I’m also interested in developing curriculum for operations training, both new employee and continued education for experienced operators, as new systems and practices are implemented in process technology and culture. I have experience as an industrial firefighter/rescue rope technician and hold several pro board certifications, including NFPA 1004 industrial rope rescue and NFPA 1041 instructor 1 & 2, and was designated as a shift fire captain and still maintain the ability to fill that role if called on.
