The original $85 million project was completed on budget and ahead of schedule, with no post-construction claims. Negotiated and managed the administration of all architecture, engineering and construction contracts for the multi-purpose arena and infrastructure. The arena is regularly used for basketball, hockey, arena football, circus, vehicular events, rodeos, concerts, ice shows, and more. This project required special attention to the complex private/public partnership between the Phoenix Suns and the City of Phoenix.
