Current- Leadership level responsibility for customer experience, customer strategy, marketing, air services/aeronautical business development, passenger market development and tourism strategies for Auckland Airport.
- Responsible for pan-Airport customer experience, customer strategy, customer insight, customer affairs, customer contact centre.
- Marketing, Brand, Digital Channels.
- Oversee global marketing support and passenger growth targeting activities for Auckland Airport in key markets including China, Australia, Pacific Islands, United States, Canada, South Korea, Japan, Singapore.
- Responsibility for Airline relationships, tourism and passenger growth focussed partnerships.
- Leadership level strategy, planning and decision making processes.
