I vividly remember my first time deep in the woods of Glacier National Park, MT. I can still smell the crisp aroma of the Aspen and Pine, I can still hear the chirps of songbirds rippling through the trees, and I can still feel the immense joy and wonder this experience left me with. It was this wonder that inspired me to devote my life to preserving our natural world, and since that moment I've been involved in various avenues to accomplish that goal.I incorporated this passion into my professional career through my work in the electric bicycle industry, which I see as the transportation method of the future, and an incredible way to reduce carbon emissions while also enjoying the thrill of the outdoors and staying physically active. I've been employed at multiple E-Bike retailers in both sales and technician roles, and I'm currently operating as the Lead Sales/Service Associate at Pedego Electric Bikes Tampa. These positions have helped me gain a thorough understanding of electric bicycles, how to best market them to different consumers, and various trends and movements in the industry as a whole. At Pedego Electric Bikes I've overseen more than $100'000 in individual sales, and have spent countless hours building, diagnosing, and servicing numerous E-Bike models. I also have a wealth of previous retail and customer service experience, which I use to ensure our patrons are treated to the highest possible level of support and comfort through the buying and owning process.As mentioned before, in addition to my experience with electric bicycles, I have also been employed in a number of past retail and customer support positions. These have not only widened my understanding of the entire retail process, but they've helped me develop skills in face-to-face customer interaction, which have proven invaluable in all my current endeavors.The local sports teams in Tampa Bay tend to dominate my personal life, and you can find me taking in a Rays, Lightning, or Buccaneers match whenever possible. I also love the outdoors, especially here in beautiful St. Petersburg, and whether walking through Weedon Island or biking down the Pinellas Trail, the open air always brings me a sense of peace and serenity. Indie Pop/Rock makes up most of my playlists, and I'm always down to get way over my head in the kitchen.
